Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking motivated Dutch-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading technology company in Greece. This position offers the opportunity to provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to innovative tech products and solutions.

• Deliver professional and efficient support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding technical products and services.
• Assist customers with troubleshooting, product information, and resolving technical issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns.
• Stay current with the latest technology trends, company products, and support policies.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve customer support processes and enhance user satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is required; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support, preferably within the technology industry.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-centric attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
