Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-quality customer service in Dutch via phone, email, and chat to Eneco’s customers.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to energy products, services, billing, and technical issues.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently to maximize satisfaction.
• Log customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the Eneco team and internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Stay informed about Eneco’s product offerings, policies, and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector, is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric focus.
• Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently in a remote setting.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital communication tools is preferred.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home office environment.
