• Provide high-quality customer care in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to green energy products, services, billing, and technical support.
• Address and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as technical, sales, and billing to resolve customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Stay updated on company offerings, green energy industry trends, and relevant policies to provide informed assistance.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
• Experience in customer care, preferably in energy, utilities, or environmental sectors.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills focused on delivering excellent customer experiences.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with CRM applications and basic technical knowledge is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate and live in Greece, embracing a new cultural experience.
