Role Description

We are currently looking for a motivated professional to fill the Dutch Speaking - Customer Care Agent For Eneco position in Bulgaria. In this essential role, you will be the voice of Eneco, supporting customers through their energy transition and managing complex utility inquiries within a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

• Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients regarding their energy accounts and service plans.
• Provide expert guidance on energy consumption, billing inquiries, and sustainable utility solutions.
• Manage incoming customer requests via phone, email, and digital chat platforms with efficiency and empathy.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our specialized energy industry CRM database.
• Troubleshoot technical or administrative issues related to energy meter readings and contractual agreements.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve escalated client concerns, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
• Adhere to strict quality and compliance standards required within the European energy sector.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
• Valid EU passport or legal right to work in Bulgaria.
• Proven experience in customer service or a related technical support role.
• Strong communication skills with a professional demeanor suitable for the energy industry.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining high productivity levels.
• Resilience and a proactive mindset to handle complex customer queries effectively.
