Role Description

We are currently seeking a motivated professional for the Dutch Speaking - Customer Care Agent For Eneco position in Greece. This remote role offers a unique opportunity to represent a major player in the energy industry while enjoying the benefits of working from your home base within Greece.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Eneco customers, providing expert guidance on energy solutions and billing inquiries.
• Assist customers with the management of their energy accounts, including meter readings, contract updates, and service adjustments.
• Promote sustainable energy practices by educating customers on Eneco’s green initiatives and renewable energy products.
• Resolve technical and service-related issues with empathy and efficiency, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Process customer data accurately within internal systems, ensuring compliance with energy sector regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the service experience by providing feedback on common customer concerns within the energy market.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery for all Dutch-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Professional proficiency in English for internal communications and training.
• Exceptional communication skills with a focus on problem-solving in a fast-paced energy sector environment.
• Ability to work remotely from any location within Greece.
