Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering professional, empathetic, and timely support across multiple communication channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Identify customer needs accurately, provide clear and helpful information, and resolve queries efficiently in accordance with established Customer Support Services protocols and quality standards.
• Manage and escalate complex or sensitive customer issues to the appropriate internal teams, ensuring seamless handoffs and positive outcomes for the customer at every stage.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all customer interactions, transactions, and case notes within the company's CRM system, upholding the highest standards of data integrity.
• Proactively contribute to improving customer satisfaction scores by identifying recurring issues and sharing actionable feedback with team leaders and quality assurance departments.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues across international teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality service experience is delivered to all Dutch-speaking clients and end users.
• Stay fully informed of product updates, service changes, and internal policy developments to ensure all customer communications remain accurate, current, and compliant.
• Uphold and embody the brand values of the client organisation at all times, acting as a true ambassador for exceptional Customer Support Services delivery.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is essential.
• A valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory for this role.
• A good working knowledge of English (written and spoken) to facilitate internal communication within a multilingual team environment.
• Previous experience in Customer Support Services, customer care, or a client-facing role is highly advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for helping people and resolving challenges in a positive, professional manner.
• Strong digital literacy, including the ability to navigate CRM platforms, ticketing systems, and standard office software with confidence and accuracy.
• A proactive, self-motivated work ethic with the ability to manage workload independently and maintain high performance standards in a remote working environment.
