You will serve as a vital connection point, combining technical accuracy with top-class customer care.

Core Responsibilities

• Multi-Channel Communication: Handling incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and chat with total professionalism in fluent Dutch and fluent English.
• Complex Problem Solving: Investigating and correcting complicated booking discrepancies and account concerns with empathy and composure.
• Expert Advisory: Remaining up-to-date on international travel regulations and internal tools to deliver accurate, premium assistance.
• Detailed Documentation: Recording all client interactions accurately in the system to preserve comprehensive account histories.
• Performance Goals: Meeting individual productivity metrics while teaming up with a global workforce to uphold high service standards.

Qualifications

• Language Skills:
• Dutch: Fluent (C2-level mastery to ensure top-quality client interactions).
• English: Fluent (B2-level proficiency or above for internal tools, onboarding programs, and team communication).
• Legal & Setup Requirements:
• Right to Work: Full legal authorization to live and work in Greece.
• Workspace: A private, quiet home office with reliable, high-speed internet.
