Role Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Dutch Customer Support Agent - Medical to join a prestigious international customer support services team based remotely within Greece. This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for Dutch-speaking professionals who are passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of customers navigating medical products, services, or healthcare-related inquiries.

  • Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer support in Dutch via phone, email, and live chat channels, addressing medical product and healthcare service inquiries.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions, case notes, and resolutions within the customer relationship management (CRM) system in accordance with company and industry standards.
  • Guide Dutch-speaking customers through medical product usage, prescription queries, appointment bookings, and healthcare navigation processes with clarity and care.
  • Escalate complex or sensitive medical cases to the appropriate internal departments or medical specialists, ensuring a seamless and compliant customer journey.
  • Maintain a thorough and up-to-date understanding of medical products, services, and relevant regulatory guidelines to deliver accurate and trustworthy customer support.
  • Adhere to strict data privacy and confidentiality protocols, including GDPR compliance, when handling sensitive patient and customer information.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders, quality assurance specialists, and cross-functional teams to continuously improve customer support service delivery and overall customer satisfaction scores.
  • Meet and consistently exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) including customer satisfaction ratings, average handling time, and first-contact resolution rates within the customer support services framework.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Dutch language proficiency (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential for this role.
  • Valid EU passport or EU citizenship is mandatory.
  • A strong background or genuine interest in the medical, healthcare, or pharmaceutical sector is highly advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer support services, call centre operations, or a client-facing role is preferred, though motivated candidates with transferable skills are warmly encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent communication, active listening, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle sensitive medical topics with professionalism and empathy.
  • Comfortable working in a remote, digital-first customer support services environment, with reliable internet access and a professional home workspace within Greece.
  • Good working knowledge of English for internal communications and training purposes is an advantage.
