• Deliver professional customer support in Dutch across various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with questions related to Eneco's energy services, billing, and technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
• Stay updated on Eneco's products, promotions, and policies.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the energy sector or related fields.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote setting, with good self-management skills.
• Familiarity with CRM software and office tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece, with support through the paid relocation package.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations calmly.
