Role Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading international customer support services provider for a motivated and customer-focused Dutch Customer Advisor to join their growing remote team based in Bulgaria. This is a fantastic opportunity for Dutch-speaking professionals to take the next step in their career within the dynamic and fast-growing Customer Support Services industry.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers, delivering outstanding support across phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Accurately identify customer needs, resolve enquiries efficiently, and ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction on every interaction.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot customer issues in a calm and professional manner, escalating complex cases to the appropriate internal teams when required.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and case resolutions using internal CRM and ticketing systems.
  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm that their issues have been resolved and that they are fully satisfied with the service provided.
  • Collaborate closely with team leaders and colleagues to share knowledge, best practices, and contribute to a positive team culture.
  • Adhere to all company quality standards, service level agreements (SLAs), and compliance guidelines at all times.
  • Continuously develop product and service knowledge to provide customers with accurate, up-to-date information and guidance.

Qualifications

  • Native or fluent Dutch language skills (both spoken and written) are essential.
  • A valid EU passport is mandatory.
  • A strong customer service mindset with a genuine passion for helping people.
  • Previous experience in a customer support services, contact centre, or client-facing environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills.
  • Basic proficiency in English for internal communications.
  • Reliable internet connection and a suitable home working environment.
