Mercier Consultancy is currently offering an exciting opportunity for a Dutch and English Speaking Advisor for an Online Payment Platform based in Bulgaria. This role is perfect for Dutch-speaking professionals who are passionate about customer service and digital technology. As an Advisor, you will assist customers with:

• Account inquiries
• Payment-related questions
• Platform support

Helping to ensure a secure and seamless user experience.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (minimum B2 level)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to solve problems efficiently and work in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable using computers and multiple software applications
• Previous experience in customer support, payments, or fintech is an advantage but not required
• Willingness to relocate to Bulgaria if currently living abroad
• EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Bulgaria
