Role Description

Terrific remote Donor Services Coordinator position with an international development nonprofit. The position will join a highly mission-driven and collaborative team during a period of planned growth. In this role, the Donor Services Coordinator will manage donor data in the Salesforce database ensuring accurate and timely gift processing, donor management and data integrity. The position will also collaborate with team members to provide donor research and campaign support.

• Conduct gift processing and enter all data in Salesforce, ensuring a high level of accuracy
• Manage recurring donations while monitoring for payment updates and failed transactions
• Support donor research and preparation of donor materials
• Create and manage campaigns on peer-to-peer fundraising platforms and Salesforce
• Make calls to donors and send acknowledgements
• Provide other operational support to the team and donors as needed

Qualifications

• Approximately 1-3+ years relevant fundraising support or development services experience
• Tech savvy and ability to manage competing deadlines
• Experience with recurring donations and online donation platforms
• Mission-driven and detail oriented
• Comfortable working remotely with extensive virtual team collaboration
• Thrive in a goal-oriented environment
• Experience with a donor CRM, Salesforce highly preferred
