Role Description

Pioneer Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electric is looking to add a Dispatcher to our GROWING TEAM! If you like to stay busy, know how to prioritize, and you work well in a high-volume atmosphere, this could be the right fit for you!

The successful candidate will have a goal-oriented mindset. This role is key for those who like to help others and serve both internal and external customers quickly and efficiently!

Preferred Shift: Work from Home!

• Tuesday - Friday: 3:00pm - 9:00pm
• Saturday: 7:00am - 7:00pm
• Days off: Sunday & Monday

What YOU will do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive revenue and help meet market goals
• Scheduling and routing of technicians
• Help others and feel great doing it!

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years Dispatch experience
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to prioritize tasks
• Service Titan experience a major plus!

Requirements

• Posted Max Pay Rate: USD $20.00/Hr.
• Posted Min Pay Rate: USD $18.00/Hr.
