Role Description

Our Client operates a premier, high-touch mobile pet grooming enterprise in the United States, dedicated to delivering a luxury, stress-free grooming experience directly to clients' doorsteps. The Role involves serving as the remote command center for daily field logistics and client interactions.

• Manage incoming communications across phone, text, and email.
• Consult with pet owners to qualify their specific needs.
• Align regional schedules to minimize route drive times.
• Support mobile grooming professionals in the field.

Key Responsibilities

• Logistics Coordination & Route Optimization:
  • Builds, adjusts, and optimizes daily field schedules.
  • Strategic matching of specific pet profiles with grooming professionals.
  • Monitors field progress and updates digital calendars in real time.
  • Audits end-of-day operations to verify successful closure of field appointments.
• VIP Customer Care & Consultative Sales:
  • Answers and manages incoming phone streams, text lines, and email channels.
  • Conducts discovery conversations with potential clients.
  • Educates consumers on service packages and tailored health recommendations.
  • Resolves customer friction points or service complaints.
• Administrative Control & Financial Processing:
  • Processes credit card transactions securely.
  • Reviews, refines, and drafts internal customer service scripts.
  • Fosters collaborative relationships with the mobile grooming team.

Qualifications

• Previous professional success in customer service, call center operations, or client-facing support roles.
• Exceptional ability to think critically and navigate logistics puzzles.
• Flawless verbal and written English communication skills.
• Fluent navigation across Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Complete availability for the fixed Monday–Friday schedule.
• Ownership of a dedicated, quiet remote home office setup.

Requirements

• Prior administrative or dispatching experience within a mobile service platform.
• Background or foundational experience within the pet care or veterinary industries.
