Job Summary:

• Provide outstanding customer service and support of all Electronic Banking products and services, including:
• Online Banking
• Mobile Banking
• Voice Banking
• ACH Origination online
• Merchant Processing
• Remote Deposit Capture
• eStatements
• Support to consumer and business customers, as well as Retail and Lending departments.
• Be a great teammate with a positive demeanor and be comfortable in a changing environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist personal and business customers with online banking account issues.
• Ensure customers are using the correct browser for their electronic devices.
• Respond to email inquiries from Online Banking and the website in a timely manner.
• Support customer online account opening processes.
• Provide support for Online and Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, and Bill Pay.
• Assist business customers with Cash Management Services such as:
• Wire transfers
• ACH originations online
• Bill Pay
• Remote Deposit Capture
• Autobooks
• Review maintenance reports for accuracy of Online Banking registrations.
• Handle installation, maintenance, and support of Cash Management Systems.
• Ensure all authorizations, agreements, and contracts are maintained.
• Review mobile deposits for accuracy and approve daily.
• Monitor Welcome and E-Statement inbox.
• Process online wires, Wires, ACH, and Microdeposits for Stearns Bank and affiliates.
• Complete closed account, maintenance, and host failed reports.
• Complete all M-Files assignments in a timely manner.
• Ensure Disaster Recovery Forms and Procedures are up-to-date.
• Support Electronic Banking Officer in other duties as assigned.
• Maintain understanding of legal and regulatory compliance issues.
• Assume additional responsibilities as requested.
• Loss prevention and security as applicable for this position.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or one to two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and electronic banking products and services.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Able to accept and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented and well organized.
• Flexible and willing to learn new software systems and attend training.

Requirements

• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Ability to sit for extended periods of time, twist, bend, sit, walk, and use hands to handle objects.
• Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
