Role Description

We are seeking an organized and service-focused Remote Destination Experience Coordinator to join our growing remote team. This flexible work-from-home opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy assisting clients, researching travel options, managing important details, and creating positive customer experiences.

As a Remote Destination Experience Coordinator, you will support clients throughout the travel planning process. You will learn about their preferences, budgets, interests, and travel goals, then research destinations and travel options that align with their needs. This may include accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, excursions, and activities.

You will also assist with coordinating reservations, organizing travel details, preparing customized itineraries, maintaining client documentation, and providing clear and timely communication. Your goal is to help create an organized and seamless experience for clients from the initial planning stages through departure.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify travel preferences, priorities, budgets, and overall goals
• Research destinations, resorts, accommodations, cruises, transportation, tours, activities, and vacation packages
• Assist with coordinating reservations and confirming travel arrangements
• Prepare personalized itineraries and organize important travel information
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation using digital platforms
• Communicate updates and respond to client questions in a professional and timely manner
• Research current destination information, supplier options, and available travel promotions
• Provide attentive customer service throughout the planning and coordination process
• Follow up with clients as needed to help ensure travel details are complete and accurate

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable using computers, online systems, and web-based tools
• Able to prioritize responsibilities and manage multiple tasks
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Customer service, hospitality, administrative, sales, or travel-related experience is beneficial but not required
• Willingness to complete training and continue developing destination and industry knowledge
