Role Description

Snapscale is looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Virtual Assistant – US Private Clinic Experience Required who can work remotely to support US-based dental practice. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.

• Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
• Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
• Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
• Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
• Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
• Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff

Qualifications

• Must have experience working with US-based private dental clinics or dentists (required)
• Experience with EMR/EHR systems, insurance verification, patient confirmations, appointment scheduling, and inbound call handling
• Experience in dental billing and coding is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Excellent customer service and patient communication skills
• Empathetic, professional, and patient-focused approach
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based dental providers and patients
• Must have stable internet connection and a dedicated quiet workspace for remote work
