• Verifies and documents participation status with all insurances and umbrellas.
• Take calls to follow up on specific issues or requests with insurance and umbrellas.
• Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Financial Services industry.
• Email correspondence and client or contract management skills.
• Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Above-average English communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
