Role Description

As part of our dynamic Call Center team, you will:

• Maintain contact with residential clients to help find mutually acceptable solutions for settling their debts.
• Provide advice and select the most favorable payment schedule for them, while also tracking payments.
• Communicate with our clients in an understanding and respectful manner, as empathy and ethics are important values for us.
• Gain significant professional experience at Europe's largest and well-known debt management company in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma.
• Experience in client contact, either by phone or in person.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs - Word, Excel, Outlook (you will have time to learn our company systems during the training period).
• Ability to approach various communication situations creatively, remain calm and respectful in conflict situations, and always keep the solution in mind.
• Desire for self-improvement and learning new things.

Requirements

• Possession of a financial service intermediary authority exam is a plus, but not a requirement, as we support training and exam acquisition at no cost to you.
