Role Description

In your daily work, you will:

• Maintain contact with residential clients, helping them find mutually acceptable solutions for settling their debts.
• Provide advice and select the most favorable payment schedule for them, then track payments.
• Communicate with our clients with understanding and respect, as empathy and ethics are important values for us.

During this time, you will gain significant professional experience at Europe’s largest and well-known debt collection company in the financial sector.

Qualifications

• At least a high school diploma.
• Experience in customer contact via phone or in person.
• Proficient in MS Office programs - Word, Excel, Outlook (you will have time to learn our company systems during the training period).
• Ability to approach various communication situations creatively, remaining calm and respectful even in conflict situations, with a focus on solutions.
• A desire for personal development and learning new things.

Requirements

• Possession of a financial service intermediary authority exam is a plus, but it’s not a problem if you don’t have it yet, as we support training and obtaining the exam at no cost to you.
