Mercier Consultancy MD is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for Danish-Speaking Netflix Customer Experts to join our team in Greece. This role involves delivering exceptional support to Danish-speaking Netflix customers while enjoying the benefits of paid relocation to Greece.

• Provide outstanding customer service to Danish-speaking Netflix subscribers via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting streaming issues, and explaining Netflix features and offerings.
• Proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure a positive viewing experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about Netflix product updates, policies, and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is essential; good command of English is preferred.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the streaming or entertainment sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with CRM software and digital communication tools.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece; paid relocation support will be provided.
