Role Description

You'll support Danish-speaking customers via phone and chat, helping them get the most out of their streaming experience.

• Assisting customers with account and subscription questions
• Troubleshooting streaming, login and payment issues
• Helping users navigate the platform and its features
• Providing friendly, efficient and solution-focused support
• Delivering an excellent customer experience every day

Qualifications

• Speaks fluent Danish
• Has good English communication skills
• Enjoys helping people solve problems
• Is comfortable using technology and learning new systems
• Has previous customer service experience (preferred but not required)
• Is excited about living and working abroad
