• Direct Impact: Handle customer inquiries and provide first-level technical assistance via a CRM portal.
• Commercial Support: Manage the end-to-end process of creating quotations and processing orders using SAP.
• Product Expertise: Offer tailored advice based on catalog knowledge to help customers find exactly what they need.
• Supply Chain Liaison: Expedite orders and communicate delivery timelines to ensure "beyond WOW" customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Languages: Bilingual or Proficient Danish + Advanced English.
• Location: Must be based in Spain (100% Remote).
