Role Description

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll support leading tech brands while developing valuable skills in customer care, sales support, and technical assistance.

• Act as the trusted point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
• Manage incoming customer interactions via CRM systems.
• Create and process quotes and orders using SAP.
• Track and communicate delivery timelines clearly and proactively.
• Provide product guidance based on catalog knowledge and customer needs.
• Deliver first-level technical support to help customers identify the right solutions.
• Build strong relationships through professional, solution-oriented communication.

Qualifications

• Proficient/Bilingual Danish + Advanced English.
• Minimum high school diploma.
• Interest in technology and customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer focus with commercial awareness.

Benefits
