Role Description

Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking skilled Danish-Speaking Customer Experts to join our team supporting a leading technology company in Greece. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service to Danish-speaking clients, assisting them with inquiries related to cutting-edge tech products and solutions.

• Provide professional support to Danish-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat regarding tech products, services, and troubleshooting.
• Assist customers with technical issues, product information, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain organized and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex customer problems and improve service quality.
• Stay up-to-date with technology trends, company products, and policies to deliver accurate assistance.
• Contribute feedback and ideas to enhance customer support processes and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Danish (spoken and written) is mandatory; proficiency in English is highly valued.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support within the technology sector is preferred.
• Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
• Willingness to relocate and work in Greece.
