As a Danish-speaking Customer Advisor, you'll be the point of contact for Danish customers of an internationally recognised jewellery and lifestyle brand. You'll communicate with customers through phone, email and chat, helping them with questions and making sure they receive friendly, efficient and professional support.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Helping Danish-speaking customers via phone, email and chat
• Answering questions about jewellery, products, pricing and current offers
• Providing information about orders, deliveries and tracking
• Assisting with order changes, cancellations and returns
• Supporting customers with account and payment-related questions
• Staying informed about new products, collections and promotions
• Finding practical solutions when something hasn't gone quite as planned
• Creating a positive customer experience while representing an international lifestyle brand
• Working together with an international team and sharing ideas and solutions

You'll receive training before getting started, so you don't need to arrive knowing every product or process by heart.

Qualifications

• Speak and write Danish fluently
• Have a good level of English
• Enjoy communicating with and helping people
• Have an interest in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or international brands
• Are comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Have good problem-solving and multitasking skills
• Can work rotating shifts
• Enjoy working as part of an international team
• Are excited about the idea of living and working abroad

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and positive attitude
