We are currently looking for a talented professional to join our team in the Czech Speaking Reservations Agent For Booking.com position in Greece. • Deliver world-class customer service by handling inbound inquiries regarding accommodation bookings and travel modifications.
• Maintain a high standard of professional communication in the tourism sector to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist travelers with booking adjustments, payment queries, and general travel information via phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve complex reservation issues efficiently to maintain the high service standards associated with Booking.com.
• Collaborate with international hotel partners to verify booking details and streamline the guest experience.
• Identify opportunities to provide value-added services, enhancing the overall quality of our tourism service offerings.
• Meet and exceed performance indicators related to resolution time, accuracy, and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for the tourism industry and global travel.
• Previous experience in customer support or reservations is considered a significant advantage.
• Professional command of English to facilitate internal communication.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
