We are currently sourcing candidates for the Czech Speaking Customer Experts for a Top Tech Leader position in Greece. • Deliver premium customer service for a major global telecommunications provider.

• Contribute to team targets and KPIs as a key member of our Czech Speaking Customer Experts for a Top Tech Leader position in Greece.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport or work permit for Greece.
• Previous experience in customer service or the telecommunications industry is considered an asset.
• Strong digital literacy and ability to learn new software platforms quickly.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a remote work environment while contributing to team success in Greece.
