[Hiring] Cyber Training Specialist @Cyberbit

Role Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Cyber Trainer proficient in SaaS technologies and training. This individual will play an instrumental role in accelerating our customers’ retention and upsell initiatives and needs to be a self-starter who excels in a fast-paced, evangelistic startup environment and thrives on working with revolutionary technology.

• Achieve mastery of Cyberbit technologies
• Conduct cyber Range training for SOC teams and individuals as part of new customers’ onboarding process
• Understand our customers’ business needs and help them succeed by means of training and building customized training paths
• Understand customer outcomes by communicating with customers, analyzing customer health metrics, running NPS, and gathering other feedback
• Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to support our customers and customer success team in Range product Q&A, demonstration, and training exercises
• Effectively position new product releases and features to customers
• Improve and develop product technical documentation as well as capture requested features and provide feedback to Product Management, Sales, Development, Support, Engineering, and Marketing teams

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience in a technical training
• Customer Success Management in a SaaS organization – A strong advantage
• Cybersecurity knowledge and familiarity with security operations, methodologies, and products – Strong advantage
• Proven track record in delivering great value to customers
• Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Works in a systematic and orderly fashion, able to dive deeply into detail
• Post-sales support experience - a strong advantage
• EC-Council | Certified Incident Handler / Certified Security Analyst – a strong advantage
