[Hiring] CX Operations Specialist @RHF Talentos

Role Description

RHF Talentos is recruiting for an international SaaS company looking for a highly skilled CX Operations Specialist to join their team remotely.

• Location: Brazil or Latin America
• Contract: PJ (Independent Contractor)
• Compensation: BRL 10,000/month
• Initial project: 6 months, with potential extension
• Language: Advanced/Fluent English

What we're looking for:

• A technically strong professional with hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration, including:
• Cross-object workflows and automation
• Custom Objects and property management
• Data governance and data hygiene
• Multi-pipeline ticketing and routing logic
• Custom reporting and dashboards
• Zendesk administration
• Experience in SaaS, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations is a plus.

Ideal profile:

• Someone proactive, self-motivated, curious, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of taking ownership of systems and processes.

Important:

• Candidates must currently reside in Brazil or Latin America.
• Brazilian professionals living in Europe are not eligible for this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Advanced/Fluent English
• Hands-on expertise in HubSpot administration
• Experience in SaaS, Customer Success Operations, or Revenue Operations (preferred)
