[Hiring] Customer Training & Onboarding Specialist @Feathr

Role Description

As a Training & Onboarding Specialist, you will assist Feathr’s customers in the implementation process across their websites and platforms during their onboarding period. You will walk them through the initial steps of their high-level technical understanding of Feathr.

• The Training and Onboarding team ensures that customers successfully integrate Feathr into their marketing.
• Customers should leave their onboarding experience feeling confident to navigate Feathr and launch basic campaigns.
• Excite customers about the possibilities of Feathr’s more advanced features.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience training customers in software adoption or platform implementation.
• 1 year experience in a software-related/tech product environment.
• Proficient at managing simultaneous projects.

Requirements

• Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate potential obstacles and develop contingency plans.
• Training Progress Monitoring: Implement and manage processes to track training progress.
• Awareness: Identify training opportunities and recommend strategies for skill enhancement.
• Effective Technical Communication: Explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
