Role Description

S&A Group is growing its team and seeking qualified professionals for the Client Telesales Specialist role. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting prospective and existing clients through phone-based communication and account assistance.

• Speak with individuals who have requested information about our services.
• Answer questions and explain available options.
• Ensure a professional client experience throughout the process.
• Communicate with prospective and current clients by phone.
• Explain service and benefit options clearly and professionally.
• Assist clients with account-related inquiries, updates, and billing concerns.
• Recommend suitable solutions based on client needs.
• Accurately document client interactions and maintain records.
• Follow company procedures, workflows, and communication standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in telesales, customer service, account management, or client support preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and phone skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Must have access to a laptop/computer, reliable internet connection, and a quiet workspace.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Requirements

• Compensation: $50,000–$65,000 annually (performance-based).
