Role Description

The Customer Solutions Specialist manages any order changes directly with our customers. The Customer Solutions Specialist is responsible for:

  • Change orders
  • Order logistics
  • Pricing issues
  • Quantity issues

This incumbent is the first contact with our customers when any order that has been confirmed has a challenge or issue.
