  • Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding the product and brand, maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
  • Understand customer needs and apply the policies and procedures that best serve both the company and the customer.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and effective manner via email and social media.
  • Take appropriate action to resolve customer problems and concerns, delivering the highest level of customer care in the industry.
  • Maintain customer accounts and detailed records of interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments.
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of assigned products, services, or areas of expertise to answer customer inquiries accurately.
  • Manage a high volume of emails and messages while maintaining a positive customer experience.
  • Thrive in an environment with high performance standards.
  • Become a true brand advocate for Little Sleepies, communicating effectively and enthusiastically about its products and services.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1–3 years of customer service experience.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer and typing skills; minimum 60–80 WPM preferred.
  • Basic experience with Google Suite, including adding, adjusting, and reading information in spreadsheet format.
  • Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or social media platforms such as Facebook is a plus.
  • Professional demeanor and attitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong email etiquette.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up with customers promptly.
  • Proactive approach with a strong sense of urgency.
