• Manage customer inquiries across multiple channels including phone, email, and chat platforms while maintaining high satisfaction scores.
• Process financial transactions, billing inquiries, and payment-related issues with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Analyze customer accounts to identify discrepancies, resolve billing disputes, and ensure proper account reconciliation.
• Collaborate with internal teams including accounting, sales, and operations to resolve complex customer issues.
• Execute daily financial operations tasks including invoice processing, payment tracking, and account maintenance.
• Document customer interactions and financial transactions in CRM and financial systems.
• Optimize support processes by identifying trends in customer inquiries and recommending operational improvements.
• Lead escalated customer cases requiring financial expertise and provide solutions that balance customer satisfaction with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in customer service or financial operations roles.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
