[Hiring] Customer Support / Client Experience Specialist @VirtuHire

Role Description

A customer-facing support role focused on helping hairdresser clients across multiple service channels. The role will cover:

• Order queries
• Billing questions
• Product access or login issues
• General support communication

The person must be comfortable in a fast-moving support environment, service-oriented, and emotionally steady when solving client problems throughout the day.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of customer support / customer service / client service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working across Zendesk, WhatsApp, SMS, direct messages, and some calls or virtual meetings
• Able to handle complaint-driven or troubleshooting-led conversations without becoming reactive
• Confident learning product workflows and communicating them clearly to end users
• Reliable, proactive, and able to follow process while still showing initiative
• You genuinely enjoy customer service
• Clear communication
• Stay calm when handling complaints or troubleshooting
• Open to UK-aligned schedules and at least one support seat covering Saturdays
