Role Description

AO is seeking motivated, service-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Support Agents. You'll connect with individuals and families through scheduled virtual appointments, answer questions, explain available benefits, and provide personalized support throughout the client experience. No previous insurance experience is required. We provide training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Be comfortable using Zoom and web-based applications
