Role Description

What you’ll work on:

• Providing fast, high-quality support to customers (email/chat/help desk), including troubleshooting, billing issues, and account questions.
• Improving onboarding and retention by proactively helping users succeed (follow-ups, playbooks, short guides, and “what to do next” workflows).
• Turning customer feedback into clear, prioritized insights for the team (bugs, UX issues, feature requests, confusion points).
• Building and maintaining a help center / FAQ / internal support playbooks so support gets faster over time.
• Working directly with founders and operators on customer success strategy, support systems, and product improvements that reduce churn.
• Spotting growth opportunities from support conversations (review prompts, referral moments, upsell timing, activation improvements).

• Starting salary for this role is $30-40,000 USD per year depending on background and experience.

Requirements

• We will have a lot of applicants, and most will not make it past the first round.
• The first 90 days are very demanding. If you need structure, hand-holding, or certainty, this will be a bad fit.
• You will be expected to figure things out on your own and take responsibility quickly.
• You’ll be working in a fast-moving environment where priorities change based on what customers are telling us and what the business needs most.
