[Hiring] Customer Success Representative @CASAFARI

Role Description

At CASAFARI, we help real estate professionals make smarter decisions through high-quality data and technology. We’re now looking for a Customer Success Representative to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Support customers across multiple channels (tickets, email, phone), ensuring timely and effective responses
• Handle customer requests efficiently, using the right information and a customer-first approach
• Develop a strong understanding of CASAFARI’s product and the real estate industry
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with customers across Europe
• Deliver webinars and product sessions to help customers maximise product usage
• Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify improvement opportunities
• Analyse customer data to understand behaviour, needs, and engagement levels
• Create targeted campaigns for new customers and reactivation campaigns for less active users
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and share insights with Account Management

Qualifications

• Home-language must be Portuguese, fluency in English is essential and a strong knowledge of Spanish is required
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or Customer Support
• Experience working with ticketing systems and customer support tools
• Strong ability to understand and explain technology to non-technical users
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset
• Comfortable multitasking and working under pressure
• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn
• Empathetic, customer-focused, and solution-oriented
• Interest in new technologies, including AI
• Comfortable working in a fast-growing, start-up environment

Requirements

• Experience in Real Estate or PropTech (Nice to have)
• Familiarity with tools such as Hubspot, Ringover, or similar platforms (Nice to have)
