[Hiring] Customer Success Manager (Mobile Growth & ASO) @Team Up Services

Role Description

This is a remote position. We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and client-focused Customer Success Manager to support mobile app developers with App Store Optimization (ASO) and mobile growth. The role combines client management, hands-on ASO execution, growth strategy, and AI-powered quality assurance. You will own the client relationship after the sales process, guide clients through onboarding, execute ASO initiatives, review AI-generated recommendations, and continuously improve growth strategies based on performance data.

• Lead client onboarding calls and guide clients through connecting Apple App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Maintain regular communication with clients through Slack and recurring strategy calls.
• Develop and implement ASO strategies for iOS and Android applications.
• Optimize app titles, subtitles, keyword banks, descriptions, and other store metadata.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to increase organic app visibility.
• Develop localization strategies for international markets.
• Create hypotheses and coordinate A/B testing for app icons, screenshots, and preview videos.
• Monitor app performance and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and organic growth.
• Manage recurring ASO and growth tasks and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
• Review and improve AI-generated audits, reports, summaries, and recommendations before sharing them with clients.
• Identify errors, missing opportunities, and strategic gaps in AI-generated outputs.
• Provide structured feedback to help improve AI-powered tools and recommendations.
• Prepare initial audits and establish an actionable growth roadmap within agreed timelines.
• Host recurring client calls to present results, review ongoing activities, and define next priorities.
• Maintain accurate tracking spreadsheets and client documentation.
• Coordinate internal updates and document client communications and meeting outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in App Store Optimization (ASO).
• Experience working with both Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Strong knowledge of keyword research, keyword modeling, and metadata optimization.
• Experience with mobile app growth and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
• Understanding of app performance metrics and the ability to identify practical growth opportunities.
• Experience with ASO localization and international app growth is a plus.
• Experience with creative A/B testing for app icons, screenshots, or preview videos is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong written and spoken communication skills.
• Comfortable conducting client onboarding calls, presentations, and recurring strategy meetings.
• Strong analytical, pragmatic, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize low-risk, high-impact growth opportunities.
• Strong client-focused and ownership-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with internal teams.
