[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Oceans

Role Description

This role focuses on the relationship between our Clients and our Talent and overseeing the health of those partnerships:

• Supporting onboarding processes
• Tactically advising on best practices for collaboration
• Proactively addressing instances of misalignment
• Ensuring a productive and supportive working relationship for the long haul

The Customer Success Manager plays a key role in laying the foundation for a successful Client/Talent Partnership and ensuring both parties are working together harmoniously throughout their lifecycle as a pairing.

• Designing and guiding Clients through a structured, custom onboarding process
• Checking in throughout the relationship to advise on best practices and document partnership health
• Addressing misalignment in a dynamic manner
• Acting as a facilitator and cultural translator for the Client/Talent partnership

This is a full-time, remote position open to applicants in the US.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of the needs of Clients, primarily early stage startup founders
• Understanding of ideal behaviors of Talent, who are relentlessly forward-thinking and proactive operators
• Experience working with Founders or as a Former Founder is strongly preferred
• Previous tenure in Customer/Client Success or Account Management role at a fast-moving startup is an asset
• Exposure to the outsourcing industry is beneficial
• Ability to manage, work with, and serve people from a broad range of backgrounds

Requirements

• Facilitating calls with Clients and Talent in the earliest stages of their partnership
• Managing Client dissatisfaction or misalignment to productive ends
• Maintaining infrastructure to support satisfaction and growth
• Acting as the voice of the Client/Talent Partnership in internal development processes

Benefits

• Salary range: $65,000-$85,000
• Fully remote position
