[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Conexess

Role Description

We are partnering with a growing health-tech organization that is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join a rapidly expanding team. This individual will manage a portfolio of customers, drive renewals and account growth, and serve as a trusted advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.

What You'll Do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of customer accounts
• Drive customer retention, renewals, and expansion opportunities
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and serve as a trusted advisor
• Conduct business reviews and customer presentations
• Guide customers through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing success initiatives
• Identify risks and proactively develop strategies to improve customer outcomes
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Support, and other internal teams
• Maintain accurate account information and customer activity within company systems
• Contribute to the development and evolution of scalable customer success practices and processes

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Experience, or related client-facing experience
• Experience managing customer relationships with a focus on renewals and retention
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a dynamic, evolving environment
• Experience in a startup or high-growth company is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with both strategic and operational responsibilities

Nice to Have

• SaaS or technology industry experience
• Healthcare, health-tech, or social impact experience
• Experience conducting executive-level business reviews
• Experience supporting a high-volume customer portfolio
