[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Meadow

Role Description

As Meadow’s Customer Success Manager, your primary mission is to ensure that our clients are successful term-to-term and get value from their partnership with Meadow. You’ll own a book of clients end-to-end, and be responsible for driving adoption and expansion.

This is a full-time position reporting to Melissa, Meadow's Senior Director of Customer Success.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ Years of Experience in Customer Success
• Experience in B2B/Enterprise SaaS
• Experience at an Early Stage Startup (Seed, Series A, Series B)
• Experience Managing High-Touch Client Relationships
• Builder Mindset: High Agency x High Urgency
• Renewal & Expansion Expertise
• Data Fluency
• Product Expertise
• AI Fluency

• You own problems end-to-end.
• You make consequential decisions that impact outcomes.
• You have a track record of success managing the commercial side of the client relationship — proactively identifying expansion opportunities and turning customer success into revenue growth.
• You have a track record of success interpreting and leveraging data to drive adoption and expansion.
• You have a track record of success developing deep product expertise — and using that knowledge to anticipate client needs and deliver recommended solutions.
• You maintain a tight feedback loop with the Product Team, ensuring that client feedback informs product decisions.
• You orchestrate AI and build systems that elevate how you work. You're thoughtful about outcomes, aware of limitations, and continuously improving how you use AI.
