[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Stadium

Role Description

We’re currently looking for a results-driven Customer Success Manager who thrives on building strong client relationships while driving revenue growth. In this role, you'll act as a strategic partner to our clients, ensuring their success and maximizing the value they derive from Stadium’s platform of solutions. With a focus on account management, you’ll own upsells, renewals, and the identification of growth opportunities within your book of business. As a member of our dynamic and fast-growing team, you'll collaborate across various functions, focusing on continuous improvement and delivering exceptional value to every customer. • Own the end-to-end customer journey for your book of business - from sales handoff through implementation, onboarding, ongoing success, renewal, and expansion
• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of the Stadium platform and all its features
• Foster deep understanding, confidence, and enthusiasm among new customers from the sales transition, setting the stage for long-term engagement and growth
• Guide customers through a seamless onboarding and implementation process, gaining a deep understanding of their business, driving fast time to value, and ensuring accounts and initiatives are executed to their needs
• Own the health of your book: proactively identify risk, drive adoption and spend, and act to protect and grow retention across your accounts
• Collaborate closely alongside other teams within Stadium to execute customer initiatives and goals
• Guide customers to maximize our product's potential and achieve their goals by showcasing opportunities within the Stadium platform
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with customers to ensure their overall success working with Stadium
• Act as a trusted strategic partner and resource for customer needs, including navigating difficult or high-stakes conversations
• Expand customers' adoption of our product by sharing different use cases and best practices derived from our collective learnings with our customers
• Own the Renewals & Expansion process for all accounts in your book, exercising commercial judgment to identify and prioritize opportunities
• Gain feedback from our customers to continuously improve our product

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant customer-facing experience (customer success, account management, or a similar commercially-oriented role); we welcome exceptional candidates with less experience, particularly given our global candidate pool
• Strong commercial acumen and judgment — comfortable identifying account risk, spotting expansion opportunity, and prioritizing a book of business accordingly
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
• Solutions-oriented mindset and background as a proven problem solver
• Strong customer focus and passion for engaging with people to help them succeed
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail, including the ability to navigate tough customer conversations with confidence
• Great listener and keen to understanding customer situations and goals before responding with strategic guidance
• An organized and process-oriented approach to managing relationships with customers
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic about interacting with all types of customers
• A fun, approachable personality; easy to get along with, but driven and focused
• Team player and humble attitude
• An eager desire to make a meaningful impact on the ground floor of a growing start-up
• Excellent professional English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
• Strategic thinker able to envision and execute long-term goals

• Final compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation for candidates residing outside the U.S. will be adjusted based on the cost of living and comparable wages in that country.
