[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Cintoo

Role Description

We are seeking a talented and passionate Customer Success Manager - Energy for a permanent position. As a Customer Success Manager - Manufacturing, you will be the post-sale relationship owner and strategic advisor for Cintoo's manufacturing customers in North America.

• Maintain deep expertise in Cintoo's platform and product capabilities to effectively consult customers on best practices and optimal workflows for their use cases.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor by deeply understanding each customer's business goals, operational context, and success criteria, and proactively guiding them toward measurable value realization.
• Monitor and drive product adoption and usage across assigned customer accounts using health dashboards and activity metrics, identifying opportunities to expand platform utilization and positioning customers for retention and expansion readiness.
• Maintain regular customer touchpoints through scheduled check-ins, documenting action items and tracking follow-through to keep accounts on course toward their defined success criteria.
• Assess customer health scores and risk signals continuously, escalating at-risk accounts early and coordinating internally with Support, Sales, or Product teams to resolve issues before they impact retention.
• Capture and relay recurring customer feedback, feature requests, and usage patterns to Product and Sales teams, serving as the voice of the customer to inform roadmap priorities and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Pre-Sales, or another client-facing role, in a B2B SaaS company.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of reality capture workflows and laser scanning solutions is required.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote, distributed team environment.
• Positive, consultative mindset with strong collaboration skills.
