[Hiring] Customer Success Manager @Reform

Role Description

As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring Reform clients enjoy a seamless, high-touch experience from delivery through installation. You’ll support both clients and internal teams, resolve issues proactively, and review designer orders for accuracy before they move into production. A strong eye for detail and an appreciation for thoughtful design are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client facing role (in person or virtually).
• Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft 365.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of cabinetry materials, construction techniques, and industry trends.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a sharp eye for detail.
