[Hiring] Customer Success Associate @Cardata

Role Description

Cardata is looking for a Customer Success Associate with strong data and analytical skills who is interested in building a career in Customer Success. You’ll partner with Customer Success Operations and our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to support the ongoing management of customer programs through reporting, analysis and audits. Your work will help CSMs prepare for program reviews, renewals and expansion conversations by giving them accurate analysis and a clear understanding of what it means for the customer. This role is an opportunity to build the product knowledge and customer perspective needed for a future CSM role.

Note: this role does not own a book of business.

What you’ll do

• Partner with CSMs to understand the goals of upcoming renewals, program reviews, quarterly business reviews and audits, and clarify the data needed for each.
• Become an expert in Cardata’s reporting tools, using them to set up and prepare accurate reports.
• Use Excel to clean, compare and analyze program data, investigate discrepancies and verify your results.
• Prepare mileage band audits, running rate analyses and other reports that help CSMs assess program performance.
• Work with CSMs to interpret findings and shape the story, recommendations and customer impact they will bring into presentations and conversations.
• Create ad hoc reports for customer needs and document recurring reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in an operations, reporting or data-focused role, such as Operations Assistant, Reporting Coordinator, Data Specialist or Junior Data Analyst.
• Strong working knowledge of Excel, including cleaning and comparing data, using pivot tables and writing formulas.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accurate work; you use formulas, cross-checks and other methods to verify results, and question numbers that do not make sense.
• Strong active listening and collaboration skills; you can understand a request, ask the right questions and clarify what the analysis needs to answer.
• The ability to manage competing deadlines, communicate progress and set clear expectations with colleagues about delivery.
• Strong curiosity about what the data means for a customer’s program and the ability to explain findings clearly.
• Learning agility and an interest in developing deep knowledge of Cardata’s products, reporting tools and reimbursement programs.

Requirements

• Compensation: In line with Ontario’s Pay Transparency legislation, the expected base compensation for this role is $55,000–$65,000 CAD annually (dependent on experience and competency).
