[Hiring] Customer Success Associate @Mural Health

Role Description

Mural Health is looking to expand our team with a Customer Success Associate.

As our Customer Success Associate, you'll be the primary point of contact for the clinical trial sites running on our platform, helping site coordinators navigate their studies and making sure participants get paid correctly and on time. You'll also be a key operational resource for the CS team.

• Be the Site and Network Partner
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clinical trial sites and site networks.
  • Build relationships with operational and account contacts at the network level.
  • Tailor support to the needs of site coordinators.
  • Lead site onboarding and training for new coordinators.
  • Monitor platform experience across your site portfolio.
  • Represent site feedback internally.
• Get the Details Right
  • Collect and enter study and site configuration data from sponsors accurately.
  • Support the activation of sites for large, complex sponsor programs.
  • Maintain clean, reliable records for the CS team and sponsors.
• Build on What You Learn
  • Pay attention to patterns across studies.
  • Bring observations and recommendations to improve processes.
  • Contribute to process documentation for smoother future studies.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of client-facing experience.
• Strong communicator who can adapt to different situations.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Comfortable managing multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to think structurally and learn new platforms quickly.
• Experience using AI tools to streamline repetitive tasks.

Requirements

• Some exposure to healthcare, clinical research, or life sciences.
• Project or program coordination experience with a track record of improving processes.
• Comfort working in a startup or high-growth environment.
