[Hiring] Customer Success Administrator @Rainbow Care Solutions

Role Description

We're looking for an organised, caring administrator to join our Customer Success team. You'll support our Customer Success Manager across all our branches, working from home. You'll help us listen to clients, families and staff, and make sure every piece of feedback is followed through.

• Being a friendly first point of contact for clients, families and staff by phone, email and video call.
• Sending out and analysing client and staff surveys, and helping prepare our "You Said, We Did" action plans.
• Logging complaints, sending acknowledgements and keeping our complaints tracker up to date.
• Recording safeguarding concerns accurately and passing them on straight away.
• Taking minutes, tracking actions and preparing reports for management.
• Helping with newsletters, success stories and updates for our social media.

Qualifications

• Office administration or customer service experience.
• Minimum BA in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Confident with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, professional telephone manner.
• Accurate, organised and able to manage deadlines.
• A quiet, private space to work from home and reliable broadband.
• Experience in health or social care is a bonus, but full training will be given.
