Role Description

At Xerxes HydroChain, the Customer Solutions Specialist plays a critical role in turning project opportunities into successful business outcomes. This position serves as the central point of coordination between Territory Sales Managers, engineering teams, distributors, contractors, and consulting partners to advance opportunities through the sales process and deliver exceptional customer support.

Success in this role means:

• Identifying qualified project opportunities
• Maintaining accurate project data
• Coordinating technical deliverables
• Reducing customer response times
• Helping secure HydroChain projects through effective project management and stakeholder engagement

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in a related field, preferably within commercial construction, civil construction, manufacturing, project coordination, estimating, customer solutions, or inside sales environments
• Experience supporting project-based work from opportunity identification through project completion
• Ability to understand and interpret construction plans and specifications
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work effectively in a remote environment while supporting teams operating in Eastern Time

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or college diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Civil Engineering Technology, or a related discipline (preferred)
• 3-5 years of related industry experience (preferred)
• Civil construction, estimating, engineering, project coordination, or construction management experience (preferred)
• Experience working with CRM systems and project tracking tools (preferred)
• Familiarity with project quoting, construction bidding processes, and technical sales support (preferred)
